Place an order
To place an order, you need to place the product in your shopping bag. You can keep on shopping and order multiple items at once. You can always change what is in the shopping bag, you can change the amounts, colours and sizes or delete a product completely.

To place an order we need your details to deliver your order. Shiwi will protect your personal information. We won't sell any of it to a third party unless you specifically grant so.

We'll ask you to fill in a delivery adress. It is possible to put in a delivery adress that is different then the billing adress, so you can receive the package at another adress. Your package is often small enough to fit through your mailbox, so you don't always need to stay at home to receive the package. If your package is too large to fit in your mailbox, you need to receive it in person. This is mostly the case then ordering more then three items or specials such as sunglasses, towels or beach bags.

You can choose several payment methods. Payment goes through a safe connection. After the payment you receive a confirmation email.

Payment Methods
Shiwi offers payment methods via iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SOFORT Banking, Bankcontact, KBC/CBC Payment Button and Belfius Pay Button. Payments will be processed by Mollie Payments. Transactions happen through a safe connection (SSL). Your details will be send coded.

Delivery
Shiwi uses the DHL parcel service for delivering your order. Orders within the Netherlands will usually be delivered within one workday. When you order before 2 PM your order will be shipped the same day. Except weekends or national Dutch holidays. We don't send packages to p/o boxes or parcel pick up points. If the package doesn't fit in your mailbox, the deliverer will ask you to sign for delivery, so we are sure you received your package. If the package doesn't fit in your mailbox and you are not at home when the package is offered at your door, then the deliverer will leave you a note. The deliverer will try again the next day. If you are not at home then, it will be stored at the nearest DHL parcel office. You will receive a note saying that you can pick up your package there within 2 weeks.

Return

All products that you buy at Shiwi can be returned. To return a product, we need to receive it within 14 days. We don’t offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you want.

Fill in the return form and send it back, together with your returned items (in their original condition & packaging).

Make sure that you return the product with the original labels. We don't accept damaged or used items.
Remember to retain the receipt as proof of return until the refund has been processed. Before contacting us about a returned package, please trace your parcel for its delivery date.


It can take up 14 days for your returns to be processed. You'll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded.

Delivery time
Orders will be processed once your payment is approved. With creditcard payments ad iDeal this will be the same day. All products on the website are in stock. These products will be, after the payment is received, send to you within max 2 workdays within the Netherlands. In general, you can expect to receive them within 3 workdays.

Cancel or change
Our ordering & delivery process is very closely geared to each other this means that our system does not allow cancellation or modification of an order. The right to cancel does not exist for the contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
