All products that you buy at Shiwi can be returned. To return a product, we need to receive it within 14 days. We don’t offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you want.
It is not possible and necessary to register your return online. Please fill in the return form and you can send it to the following address:

You need to return the package stamped. The cost for returning are for your own expense. Make sure that you return the product with the original labels. We don't accept damaged or used items.
Remember to retain the receipt as proof of return until the refund has been processed.
It can take up 14 days for your returns to be processed. You'll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded.
