Return
All products that you buy at Shiwi can be returned. To return a product, we need to receive it within 14 days. We don’t offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you want.
Make sure to fill in the return reason on the return form and place the item along with the form in the package. You can use the return
label and take your parcel to a DHL parcelshop. The return costs are for your own expense and we will charge a small amount for the use of
the return label. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Remember to keep hold of your proof of postage until the
refund is processed.

Make sure that you return the product with the original labels. We don't accept damaged or used items.
Remember to retain the receipt as proof of return until the refund has been processed.
It can take up 14 days for your returns to be processed. You'll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded.
