How it works
Step 1 — Register your return
Go to shiwi.returnista.com and enter your order number and email address. Select the items you wish to return and follow the instructions in the portal.
Step 2 — Send your parcel
Pack the items carefully in their original packaging, with all original tags attached. Affix the return label securely to the outside of the parcel.
Step 3 — Receive your refund
Once we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.
Return conditions
- Register and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached.
- Return items in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Damaged, worn or used items cannot be accepted.
- Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To order a different size, colour or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
We will process your return within 14 days after receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.
My parcel is still in transit. What should I do?
Use the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier to check the status of your parcel. Please do this before contacting our customer service team.
